I am the Executive Director of Include Better, board member of International Pronouns Day, and editor of Recognize Fascism (2020). I have a long history of professional and volunteer work in various parts of tech and geek culture, with a particular commitment to anti-harassment and impostor syndrome work. I have been an invited speaker at events in Sweden, Finland, China, Iceland, Canada, Israel, Aruba, the UK, and across the USA. I used to run science fiction conventions in my spare time, and co-chaired the 75th World Science Fiction Convention in Helsinki, Finland.
